公司簡介

福建外貿(mào)中心物業(yè)管理有限公司（以下簡稱“外貿(mào)中心物業(yè)”）是隸屬于中國（福建）對外貿(mào)易中心集團(tuán)有限責(zé)任公司的全資二級子公司，于2016年11月成立，注冊資金人民幣3000萬元整，是外貿(mào)集團(tuán)發(fā)展樓宇經(jīng)濟(jì)業(yè)務(wù)的主力軍。

2016年，外貿(mào)集團(tuán)將福建外貿(mào)大廈、外貿(mào)中心集團(tuán)大樓、國貿(mào)廣場、外貿(mào)中心悅?cè)A酒店共同組建“福建外貿(mào)大廈樓宇群”，進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一管理。2017年，外貿(mào)集團(tuán)與中海物業(yè)簽訂物業(yè)管理技術(shù)合作服務(wù)合同，圍繞福建外貿(mào)大廈，配套樓宇群周邊設(shè)施，開展樓宇管理業(yè)務(wù)。

外貿(mào)中心物業(yè)旨在通過配套化建設(shè)、個性化管理、多元化服務(wù)，培養(yǎng)成熟的樓宇招商體系與專業(yè)的物業(yè)管理服務(wù)，吸引各行業(yè)尖端的優(yōu)質(zhì)企業(yè)入駐樓宇群，將物業(yè)租賃服務(wù)逐步提升為生產(chǎn)性樓宇管理服務(wù)。

Fujian Foreign Trade Center Property Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Foreign Trade Center Property") is a wholly-owned secondary subsidiary of China (Fujian) Foreign Trade Center (Holdings) Co., Ltd. The company was established in November 2016 with a registered capital of RMB 30 million. It is the main force of Foreign Trade Center (Holdings) in developing building economic business.

In 2016, Foreign Trade Center (Holdings) set up Fujian Foreign Trade Tower, Foreign Trade Center Building, World Trade Plaza and Foreign Trade Center Yuehua Hotel to form the “Fujian Foreign Trade Tower Building Group” for unified management. In 2017, Foreign Trade Center (Holdings) signed a property management technical cooperation service contract with China Overseas Property Management Co., Ltd. and develops building management business which is around Fujian Foreign Trade Tower and supporting facilities around the building group.

The purpose of the Foreign Trade Center Property is to cultivate mature building investment systems and professional property management services through supporting construction, personalized management, and diversified services, to attract high-quality companies in various industries to settle in the building group, and gradually upgrade the property leasing service to productive building management service.
